Welcome to the H&G Leadership Lighthouse, a sanctuary of empowerment for women in the loving memory of my parents, Hadas and Germay Ermias. The H & G Leadership Lighthouse is a beacon of hope and empowerment for women who have faced the unimaginable loss of their parents.

At the age of 13, I experienced the heart-wrenching loss of my mother, igniting a lifelong dream to create an orphanage for parentless children. However, after the recent loss of my father, a new calling emerged within me, urging me to focus on empowering women who lost their parents because we all know that when we empower a woman we empower a generation.

Having walked the path of loss of my parents and longing for support, I know firsthand the profound impact of education and empowerment. The H & G Leadership Lighthouse is my commitment to passing on the encouragement and belief in potential that my parents instilled in me. By offering resources, support, and mentorship to women who have faced adversity, we are not just transforming individuals – we are catalyzing a ripple effect that will shape future generations and foster a more equitable society for all.
These women, who have endured unimaginable loss, are not simply acquiring leadership skills – they are gaining a lifetime of empowerment, connections, and support.
